Well I unwrapped my arashi and there were so many white areas that just popped out at me and I wasn’t so happy about that. So I rinsed it and placed it in a light wasabi colored green dyebath. Here is what I got. I really love it. I want to make something with it right now.
So now about the tablet. Do you any of you use one? I have been trying to use mine to blog with and I have to admit it has been frustrating at best. Posts just seem to disappear into thin air when I press publish. Typos stick and I can’t edit them out urgh. I had such high hopes for me and my tablet. I’m disappointed. Well I will keep working on it, but would love to hear your experiences with them.
Marjorie, I much prefer using the desktop to my laptop or I-pad – easier to type content & comfortable to use. I do like your dyed fabric piece; it turned out beautifully.
It is beautiful.
I remember you made a pojagi piece some time ago. Have you worked with that technique since then?
Not so much but just a few days ago I was thinking about doing it again. I have accumulated so much dyed fabric since then and it was such a satisfying way to use it. Have you made any?
Thank you!
This has turned out so well – no wonder you want to use it straightaway! =)
Thank you Rita! Been following your beauties, and I’m going to the machine as soon as I post this!
I have an iPad but still find it easier to post on my PC. My Only significant problem with posting via the WordPress app on the ipad is content layout.
Yes I’m finding it so much easier on my laptop.
